Danny Kaspar?
Scott Cross?
Personally, I’ve always given respect to Kaspar because I like his coaching style and it seems like his team is always competitive even if it’s an off year.
I would go with Cliff Ellis and Keith Richard at ULM. Richard does a lot with little budget.

As far as overall career, it is Cliff Ellis hands down. But I certainly agree with your observation about Coach Richard.

He does that.

What it boils doing to is that we have some pretty fair coaches in the conference that don't get near enough credit on the national scale.
Richard is pretty much universally liked among his peers. Mainly because of an understanding of how bad ULM was when he got there. (REALLY, REALLY BAD)
