So A-State thinks they're really bad this year, huh? Yeah we'll see about that...
Just tell your QB to throw every down. We bend and then....break.

Or run it. Our defense is equal opportunity terrible
Plus our secondary plays 10 yards off the receivers. Good way to eat up some yardage

Maybe they won’t be used to being on the field so much and tire out in the 4th quarter
We should win this game but it may be a rain game. That sometimes changes things.
Tyler Vitt is supposed to get his first start at QB since the A&M game as Gresch Jensen has been in concussion protocol the majority of the time since our last game.

Looking at the stats on A-State's defense it looks like he's walking into a pretty good situation.
A-State is 129th in total defense and 125th in passing yards allowed.

Then again we're just 115th in total offense...

A-State's defense could help the TXST offense to get on track. Also, TXST's offense could help the A-State defense to get on track.
More likely we see something in the middle.

if you're a fan of really, really bad football. Watch this game.stAte 7-0 at this point.
17-14 A-State at half.
Perhaps the worst football I've watched this season. We are bad. Very bad.

Really not that bad of a game considering how wet the field is.
We always have an excuse. But the D has played much better.

Excuses? No. Reasons.
The ball is soaked everytime it hits the field. It rained for something like 20 hours straight.
If you can't grip the ball well, you can't throw it. Which is how this offense moves the ball.
