Tailgate menus or cool new ideas for your setup this weekend?

Our group will be rocking our annual brunch tailgate since this is the first early game.

Breakfast burritos (eggs sausage bacon salsa cheese etc.)
Homemade cinnamon rolls
Mimosas
Irish Coffees
Probably some other stuff

Pimp your spread.
I miss those days. Now, it's whatever my firm brings to the tailgate! =]

I don't tailgate like we once did. Now I show up and help out with my companies tailgate. Lazy + effective. Thankfully the woman who leads that charge knows I really like El Guapo. So that's about the extent of my tailgating anymore. A couple el guapo's a hour before the game. Bada bing bada boom.

Soon as all the kids are older we'll get back into it again.
Haven't decided what I'm cooking yet but it looks like a busy morning for us, so I may just bring some fried chicken, beer, and make the sides at the lot.
What time do the lots open on Saturday?

I'm coming to town the night before and don't even know my tailgating situation yet.
10am
Really? That early? That may necessitate a change in plans on my end...
I hope that there will be plenty of crow being served up and eaten when the 'sleepy lion' wakes up at Ballard Field and delivers a disabling blow to FAU. GO MONARCHS! 01-ncaabbs

They open at 10 because they'll be closed during the homecoming parade. It'll be a rolling close between 11 and the parade end, so if your lot is at the beginning of the route, it'll close earlier and open earlier.

It's usually 43rd to Hampton to 49th. But I remember it was the reverse order at some point. Maybe Dr. Chandler could help us out with that one.
Perfectly Franks Hotdogs and really inexpensive beer. I wish I had a tailgate spot.

I blindly invited a monarch fan to our tailgate once and a Duggar size family showed up, the dude had two wives and nearly 30 kids.

After 5 minutes I was like....dayum
