Is Jalen Rayam still with the team? His name and number is not on the Childrens Harbor roster released this weekend.

I sure hope so. I was really expecting him to be in the rotation at LB this year. Also haven’t seen much from Conner, who I thought would be a contributor there as a true freshman.

When asking, I’ve been made aware on two occasions that he’s academically ineligible. Probably would be starting. I know the guys we have filling his role on that side of the field get abused in open space. We’d be so much stronger if we had Street, Dawkins, and Harris out there, too. Dang, injuries.

I suspect we will see Conner, and some others we havent seen yet, occasionally on the field for the last four games, depending on team health. Gives them two thirds of a season to learn the system, saves a redshirt,and also reserves some talented but inexperienced depth for the gauntlet at the end of the season.

From what Ive heard,, guys can play in up to 4 games without loosing their red shirt opportunity.
