Go Broncos!!

We win this game, I think we will go on a run. 7-3 heading into the Ohio game!!!
After all the investing in their facilities, still looks high schoolish on tv with the track. Can’t put lipstick on a pig I guess. Thank god for Waldo Stadium.

WMU 31
EMU 24
Dear GRBRONCO,
Your stadium is not God's gift to the football world. It's construction leaves a lot to be desired. So, if a track is a problem for you, so be it, but we still have a track team and it's pretty good.
I don't see Eastern losing 3 MAC games in a row. We have a tendency to struggle in Ypsilanti. The defense plays well but the offense continues to struggle.

Western 21
Eastern 24
Updated Opponents Records:

Monmouth 4-2
Michigan St 4-3
Georgia St 4-2
Syracuse 3-3
Central Michigan 4-3
Miami 2-4
Toledo 4-2

GA St, CMU better then expected; others, about where we'd thought, probably. Thought Michigan St would be better.

Western 21
Eastern 24

We will beat emu, they’re really struggling right now.

Make it 35-21 wmu
Eastern got smoked by CMU whom we beat by two TDs.

So on paper we should win.

However we have had tough games with Hurons especially at Ypsitucky even when they weren't as good as they are now or as we were.

After two consecutive MAC losses they may be desperate too.

I believe we'll win, but it won't be a gimmee.

Need to get off to a fast start, destroy what confidence-motivation they may have, don't let them hang around-think they can win.
I had this as a loss a few weeks ago when I said 6-6.. but EMU has really struggled since. Hard to say now. I do think Glass is a tough assignment for our defense. Probably a similar game to last year. Feels totally 50/50.

WMU wins 30-24.

Dear Ken,

Nobody's saying our stadium's God's gift to the football world. It's a good stadium. In the top tier of the MAC, actually. It contains the sound well, and isn't a track-n-field + football stadium combo like many FCS places, so I don't see how you find glory in your construction at all. Combine that with a prison yard look, although fitting for Ypsi, isn't exactly very good when your team is spiraling downward. Unfortunately, the Broncos have to play in the prison yard next week -- and we shall see what unfolds.
Isn't EMU FCS?
Frankly, I know very little about EMU’s squad this year. Watched them beat IL and they looked good. Glass is a really good QB. Know nothing about their O-Line or D-Line. Think they lost 2 really good DEs from last year’s team (Crosby to the Raiders). They don’t seem to run the ball much and can give up a bunch on the ground (over 300 to CMU). I think they have a very veteran secondary as well. That’s it...tapped out on my Eagles knowledge. Would like to know more about how they stack up vs. the Broncos in the trenches. By the way, I think we rotated about 10 guys on the D-Line yesterday. Ken Aguirre played a handful of plays I think. Did not expect to have that level of depth this year on the D-Line.

A stadium is not a stadium unless you fill it from time to time...
I have seen Waldo filled and rocking... Rynearson, not so much, but they have made some noticeable nice upgrades recently... 04-cheers

Division II?
Don't feel comfortable trash-talking Eastern unless we beat them.

haha, I'm just waiting for one of them to come over here and start crying.
Oddsshark has Western a 9.5pt favorite at EMU. I think that line’s a little high
EMU will get a lot of yards between the 20's - like most teams against us - but their redzone efficiency on offense is terrible (ranked 119 nationally). We are in the top 50 in redzone defense (so is EMU).

It will come down to who executes in the redzone and special teams.

WMU 33
EMU 26
Broncos - 38
Hurons - 17
Don't want to jinx the team as my predictions have been terrible this year, but I'll take WMU over EMU. I would think we win by 13.
