Looks like Army is back to their losing ways.

Both teams entered the game with a 3-2 record. Army now has a .500 record which would be good enough for a bowl game. Still better than many other teams.

Army no lock for a bowl game. Remember they need to go 7-6 as they have 13 games. Still have 3 tough road games left. It's very possible they could need to beat Navy to go bowling.

It was a general hypothetical in regards to the "loosing ways" statement. Army may win only 2 more games the rest of the season but it is not because they are a loosing team.

The hype around Army going in to this season was one of the more laughable meta-spectacles of the year. Army should never ever be hyped. Navy or AFA either.

Funny you did not mention Michigan.

It'll still be a subsidy. What the major programs have to put in every year, Rutgers has at least three of those types of programs in their side of the conference.

Yes, it will take time. But, some of us are already tired with this stuck on our televisions. And the emptied stadium shots are pretty much the worst. Happy for Rutgers, still...just still really wish the conference went with Missouri, Pitt, or Syracuse instead. And that won't EVER change until Rutgers starts representing the conference name on the football field.

Missouri wouldn't have left the SEC, Pitt was bound to be blocked by Penn State and I don't think Syracuse would have passed up the chance to host North Carolina and Duke once a year. Them inviting Rutgers was a short-sighted market grab, but really, they didn't have too many other options.
