Attendance: 18,005. My family will be the five. We’re driving 14 hours from Missouri for CFAW.

I like our chances in this game. They may be extra motivated by adding their head coach back but we are on a roll and at home which will make the difference.

So the latest spread I saw said Liberty was only favored by 7, and the over/under was 73.5.

I think I’d take both those bets. I believe we will beat the spread and I expect 80-90 points being scored.

Agreed. I'm guessing at least 80 total points scored in this game.

I would be more worried if we were on the road. I expect New Mexico to be pumped with getting their head coach back after his health scare. That could add some motivation to them but I like our defense much better this season and our offense really took off with Freeze on the sidelines. I think we win by two scores at least.

Getting a win over a Mountain West school would look good as they might be the best G5 conference this season.

I was at the game tonight. Great atmosphere, light crowd. I’d guess the number they reported was accurate 17,000+. The stadium looked about 2/3 full. Boy, that wasn’t the game I was expecting, but I’ll take the W!

I agree. Great win for the team! The defense stepped up and carried us when the offense wasn't clicking. On to the other New Mexico school (part I).
