So it's shaping up that I probably won't be able to watch the game live tomorrow. Was going to subscribe to ESPN Plus for that sole purpose, and then drop it afterwards. Two questions:

1. Is ESPN Plus the only way to watch this game without being there?

2. If so, would the game be archived so that I can watch it later?

Thanks!
Yes and Yes. ESPN3/+ only archives games for 30 days after they air though, last I checked.
It's the only legal way, yes. I do believe it's archived.
Did I see on the twitters that you can sign up for a free 30 day trial of ESPN+?

This is the actual link: https://secure.web.plus.espn.com/account...tart=login
Awesome. Thanks, gents.
started my 30 day free trial!
Does the Southern Conference have a better TV deal than the CAA?

YES, and we've already talked about it. Look - I'm just as pro-FBS and anti-caa as the next guy, but I'm not interested in having the same discussion 15x a season.

I could identify about 75% of where the regular posters of this board stand in regards to their opinion about flo vs espn+ vs linear vs madizone, etc. etc. we've all already stated our opinions.
Sign up for free or get on the road to nooga - that's where we are now.
Better? that's up for discussion except Dukeman2 doesn't engage in discussion.
-Flo costs more than ESPN
-JMU/CAA can broadcast on other means such as NBC Sports, MASN, etc whereas ESPN retains all rights.

Rational people can debate which they prefer. But Dukeman doesn't debate it's only HIS WAY DAMNIT
Please don’t engage the robot troll. Dukeman2 is a rabid ODU fan robot. He was never programmed to root for Dukes.

Both have solid picture quality. I really like the replay capability from Flo, and have actually been surprised at how much I've watched some of the other content. It's slightly pricey, but it is what it is. I don't have any qualms with what the CAA did.
ESPN plus only costs about $5 a month...it's worth getting for true sports fans.
Will see if I can watch 10% to 20% of the game on ESPN News/Goal Line while listening to 550 AM radio.
I signed up this morning then when I signed back in it tried to "trick" me into buying an annual subscription. After I signed in, it said thanks for joining you are almost there....like in steps...the next step was to join with annual subscription. I could not find a an option that said no thanks. So, I just opened another tab....I was signed in...and closed the other window tab that wanted me to extend to an annual subscription. Sort of reminded me of stupid Amazon Prime. Just beware so you don't sign up for a whole year.
I tried to sign up for the free trial. It said I had already used my free trial (I don't remember that). So, I had to call a toll free number and some guy came on the line who said he is a Nigerian prince and to complete my order all he needed was my bank routing and account numbers. So, I gave them to him. Anything to see my Dukes play!

Can you post his number, I want some of that action. Sounds like the dude knows how to get things done and besides what's good for you, I want in.
I have tried to watch 2 different games on ESPN + this afternoon. VMI game and Indiana State game. BOTH games are displaying stop/start video jitter. I watched a regular ESPN game on same computer earlier and it was okay. Hope the JMU game video is okay. ugh!

I’ve had no problems. Reset your router or restart your Apple TV\Roku.
I am watching on a laptop connected via HDMI to TV. Of course it could be my ISP....Cox Communications. I will reboot computer and router while I have time....see what happens. Thanks.
