It’s way too low (two projected lottery picks and #1 recruiting class) but whatever since it’ is just a preseason poll. Have to earn it by wins anyway

Seems fair. Basically a talented freshman team with a still-unproven head coach. Penny needs a good track record with top talent to earn a high preseason spot.
