After watching their highlights vs. Georgia, I'm worried... we won't win by 50.
They have some monster receivers. Not heavy kids, but woooey tall. Their QB is a tough kid too. They've got some swagger. I bet they finish above .500.

As for QBG I hope he sits out. No reason for him to play in this game if he is so valuable to the team. Save him for Colorado St
Will be really bummed if we let them hang more than 20 on us. Thought the defense looked much improved from last year - not great, but certainly more sound.

DaQuon Green is a Tampa kid, who transferred from U of Florida. I think he had a long TD catch vs Georgia.
I'm not sure this game will be a 50 point blowout by UT. I think they will try to work on some things that they were unable to do at Kentucky. I think they will want to give the O-line some work and give the passing game, especially the slant routes, a ton of reps. Toledo has a long road game at Colorado State, followed by BYU, who I believe is playing fantastic football right now. It is imperative that they take this opportunity to fine tune and practice a few things, or the next couple of weeks could be really rough. Toledo 46 Murray State 24.

For the reasons you stated, I see lots of guys getting snaps in what ends up being a 17 point win. The “special” season ended after the loss to Kentucky, so no need for style points in this one. Get a 3-touchdown lead and then move to the experiments. Even the next 2 games aren’t as critical as the MAC season to come, especially with Western being such an early game in the schedule. Use these games to figure out who our best options are on the lines, at LB, at receiver and in the secondary.
Apparently this one's gonna sell out... Wow. It's been a while since we sold out a home opener against an FCS team. BGsucks in 2012 is the last home opener with a real good crowd i can remember. VMI, Elon, Maine, UNH all were 20k-22k
