Esposito was apart of the past two seasons of garbage Defense. It will cost Lester his job if he doesn't make a change. We look the same Defensively. Monmouth ran on us, and MSU is picking us apart!! Thoughts?

I don’t think they will. Their offense was pretty good last season before their entire recieving corps ended up in the ER.

I was hoping they wouldn’t put everything together, but our secondary didn’t force them to.

Huge red flag when Eskridge was moved to dB this year, sign of desperation. If we don’t have talent or decent coordinators in year 3, that’s on the head man.

Has the corner that transferred from Temple played at all?

The Jackson Bros. really screwed us over there. Hoping Lovely and Isma are good, but this defense demands really good corner play. We’ve had a lot of good corners in this program, but we need a Celiscar.

Speaking of the Jacksons...any idea what happened with them? Did they ever even dress for a game last year?

We need some leaders to emerge on D. Nobody is holding teammates accountable out there. Tranquil is just running around. He's just not the leader coaches were hoping for.

Don't kid yourself. Our lack of team speed and overall athleticism on defense beyond Eskridge was apparent last week against FCS talent. It's not gonna get better, so prepare for a lot of shootouts in MAC play.

The terrible angles and blown coverages tonight weren't because we didn't have enough foot speed.

You're right. We lacked athleticism AND fundamentals tonight. If we can get the fundamentals fixed, we can at least maybe slow down MAC offenses. But 'Cuse is gonna drop 50+ on us next week. Book it.

I’ll bet the house we won’t give up 50-plus to the Cuse next week! I’m pretty damn confident since we don’t play them. Couldn’t resist.

Touché! Shows my enthusiasm for Bronco football at this point when I don't even have the schedule memorized. But I think we can keep Georgia St. under 45!
