I just happened to be driving tonight when Rebel Yell, the OM show came on 87.7 and it was a hoot. The announcer is Chuck Rounsaville and he is bitter about the loss. Talked about how OM should never loose to Memphis. Two things I heard were:

1. Near the end of the show, his co-host said something like Memphis has a good coaching staff and his response was "Not really". Very dismissive of the fact that their "former head coach staff" was bested by Memphis.
2. Then he said the Tigers will be putting up 55 points against "William and Mary. We should never lose to Memphis, we just shouldn't."

Help me here, when is the William and Mary game? Also, if we don't play them next year, it is really is nice to end the series and be able to say,
"We won two of the last three in the series, especially the last one."
they still think it is 1963
We do not play Collegium Gulielmi et Mariae
That's bush league. Has this guy not been paying attention to the Memphis program? Has he been living in a cave? But he is just a fan so he is taking it hard. He'll be alright.
Silly for a school like them to think they should never lose to Memphis

Generally speaking they should be a little better but hardly Alabama compared to Coastal Carolina

Somewhere they miss the fact that within their conference, they are near the bottom. Still fun to beat them but that was not LSU. We were better.

Alabama
LSU
Florida
Georgia
Auburn
TX A&M
Tennessee

All well ahead if them

South Carolina
Missouri
Arkansas

Better

Kentucky
Moo
Vanderbilt

Ok

For the next 20 years, if we play them a handful, we will win plenty
It's gonna be a long year for that loser !!! Especially if Arkansas beats them in Oxpatch nest week !!
Honestly, with all the advantages Ole Miss has, Memphis should never be the better program. As of now, we are the better program.

What could we have done with the 40mil a year they have been getting while we have been getting 2?

We tied them in 1963, 0-0.

The catfish bowl. Best of the bottom feeders.

With the resources Ole Miss gets from the SEC, they shouldn't lose to a school like Memphis.
Somehow, we do more with less.

Not biting each other's nuts is a good start for any football team, just my opinion. Not being judgmental.
Don't you mean the Black Bear Radio show?

Ole Miss wants it both ways.

Cucks

I wonder what made the rebel landsharks think that releasing their practice video was a good idea.....

We finished 9-0-1 that year with no bowl game. Ole Miss finished the regular season 7-0-2 and lost to Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. I think my uncle was on that Ole Miss team.
Not to throw a blanket on our win, but in actuality, ole miss is no better than a CUSA team and would probably lose to CUSA's top teams. All I know is, if we'd have lost that game to the land sharks (little brother), it would have been an upset the magnitude of Georgia States win over utk. Ole miss is just another bottom of the barrel $EC school living off that fat $ec welfare check.
Ole Miss is ,at best, the 4th-5th best team on our schedule. Cincy, Houston, and Temple are better for sure and based on Week 1 you could make arguments for South Alabama and SMU. I wouldve put USF in there too but then Wisconsin happened.
The host is undoubtedly hurt and stinging. But he's also throwing raw meat for his listeners.

Sports hosts are pretty much the same all over, IMO.

^This. Times a million.
Ole Miss is the little leaguer with the $5 swing and the $500 bat.
