Flipping around the dials this AM, I ran across a 90 minute program on CSpan, a symposium on Representive Democracy held 7/31 at Kaplan. Among those on the panel were Bobby Scott, Eric Cantor and Andrew Card.
President Rowe first introduced Robert Gates and mentioned he was just chosen for a second term as Chancellor, which I think keeps him there through 2028. If I heard all that correctly, very pleased to hear that news.
Gates himself gave a very sharp introduction. He is such a wonderful representative of W&M.
