HC Josh Jones at Lamar (son-in-law) became the all-time winningest coach at Lamar this past season. He already held that title at Magazine. Not too often do you find a coach who is the all-time leader at two schools.

Obviously, I'll never forget the day he drove a 6-hour round trip from Balk Knob to talk to me and ask The Question. Then a few months later we got to throw together their wedding on 48 hours notice when he got called up for Iraq. Then they lived with us during that first LONG, winless season after he took the Magazine job while they were building their house. But finally there was the undefeated state championship in 2010, and it all seemed worth it. (He would have been worth it as a son-in-law regardless.)

He has been quite successful, I get to read about him some in the Russellville paper and always think of you. I didn't realize he was from Bald Knob. I grew up 10 minutes away in Bradford
Actually he is from Booneville, but he had an asst coaching job in Bald Knob at the time they got married.
