Noteworthy: 1. Despite ECU playing 2 FCS teams, UConn listed as having the easiest OOC schedule in the AAC (lol Illinois and Indiana).

AAC: "The AAC is again leading the Group of Five in percentage of home nonconference games. The slate contains nine home games against Power Five opposition, including all three against the Pac-12. UCF hosting Stanford and Wisconsin traveling to South Florida are two of the most prominent of those home games. Cincinnati will also get a crack at Ohio State but will have to play the Buckeyes in Columbus."

Enjoy: The Toughest/Weakest Nonconference Schedules

Another Bonus: The article lists the 6 power conferences, then has an "Other Group of 5" section. Going to miss CBS. They get us.
Oh hell that's nice to be listed with our P6 peers.

Toughest: Cincinnati

UCLA, Miami (Ohio), at Ohio State, at Marshall

Weakest: UConn

Illinois, Wagner, at Indiana, at UMass
Stanford with the unintentionally difficult schedule lol. Three teams that finished ranked in 2018.
Even as a Pirate fan I have to roll my eyes at this. ECU plays two FCS opponents, Illinois and Indiana must be horrible.

Yea Memphis has Ole Miss, Southern, South Alabama, and La-Monroe.

I think its more the writer ******* with UCONN fans than them actually having the worst OOC.
Tulsa beats Michigan State 100-6
Wisco @USF
Tulsa - Mich St
Cincy - Ohio St
Illinois @Uconn
Maryland @Temple
Uconn - Indiana

Bonus: Navy - ND

Temple beats Maryland. USF pulls out the heroics. UCONN proves that bottom of the barrel "p5" is FCS level. AAC goes 4-2 over Big10.
What about the rest of the American?

Temple
Bucknell, Maryland, Buffalo, Georgia Tech

UCF
FLAM, FAU, Stanford, Pitt

USF
Wisconsin, Georgia Tech, SC State, BYU

ECU
NC State, Gardner Webb, W&M, Old Dominion

Memphis
Ole Miss, Southern, South Alabama, LA-Monroe

Houston
Oklahoma, Prairie View, Washington State, North Texas

Tulane
FIU, Auburn, Missouri State, Army

SMU
Arkansas State, Texas State, North Texas, TCU

Tulsa
Michigan State, San Jose State, Oklahoma State, Wyoming

Navy
Holy Cross, Air Force, Notre Dame, Army

Toughest to easiest:
Houston
Tulane
Tulsa
USF
Temple
UCF
Navy
SMU
Memphis
ECU
Houston’s schedule is stupid hard this year. As a fan I’m excited for some upsets but what a hard spot to be in for a first year coach.

Herman had a pretty light schedule his first year beating a Louisville team that was finding its QB and FSU that didn’t have a QB at the end of the year.

Dana maybe Beats 1 of OU/WSU

UNT is actually pretty good and will be tough away

And then playing all 3 of the top AAC teams plus navy.. yikes. Hope number 4 is feeling magical.

Well at one point it was supposed to South Carolina and Va Tech in place of the two FCS teams. Our schedule really got screwed up.

How is Maryland and Georgia Tech harder than Stanford and Pitt.
ODU is playing Virginia, Virginia Tech, and ECU this season, and has Virginia and Wake Forrest on the schedule next year (not sure who else).

How is Maryland and Georgia Tech harder than Stanford and Pitt.

It's a nuanced difference. Maryland is in the mighty BIG 10. Stanford is in the sissy PAC 12. The other two opponents are in the same league, though you could argue there that Georgia Tech has been in the ACC longer than Pitt, so they gotta be better by virtue of experience. So, yeah, he has it weighed correctly.
