What are the best options? Keep in mind, I come back to watch games every couple years or so. Thus, I have no real clue.

There are multiple garages up around Short-Vine. Easy in and out. The pay lot on campus can take a while to get out if everyone leaves at the same time.

You can try over by Mecklenburg Gardens at the corner of Highlands and University if you want a place to eat before or after the game. You can normally find free street parking and they have a free shuttle to and from the game.

Short Vine garages/lots are my recommendation. It's just a quick walk up the hill past 5/3 Arena to the stadium. You are ahead of much of the traffic leaving. Hell you can stop by our tailgate behind Martinos after parking.
Stratford Garage. Buy the pass the day before for $15. Come in from McMicken to Straight Street. Go back out the same way. No Traffic ever. Lock it in.
Get their a few minutes early and park in Burnet Woods. It's free.
Excellent suggestions everyone! Thank you.
I didn't realize there were garages on short one now.

How March are they on gamedays?
I used to park a lot in the Library Parking garage. Is that one still used for games or is the one across the street from it the main one now?

I'll second that. I live on the west side, so that helps even more. But you need to do the $15 parking prior to game day as there were some games last season where it was full to non-pass holders.

If you want to get super advanced, park next to the opening/window thing next to the street. You can just enter/exit there with no need to use the stairs or even doors. Not ideal for the elderly though.
I am looking for a tailgate pass for UCF game

Any suggestions on buying one?

Are any first come first serve?
I couldn't find any on Craigslist- do people resell them?

Thanks

Are you looking for a grid pass on campus? I'm pretty sure those are sold-out for the season and people who buy them will actual use them. Best tailgating options are the parking lots off of short vine or the parking lot behind Views on Vine. Those are sold day of game and are $25 per car, run by Star Parking.
I park across the street from McMicken, in the parking garage attached to the tudor-style housing. Easy-in, easy-out, short walk. Though last time I paid $20, which I find distasteful.
