FIU will extend the series with UCF in a home-and-home with games set @ UCF in 2020 and @ FIU in 2022. Looking forward to continuing the series with the Knights.

Always love playing in-state teams!

That is a good series for sure. Good job FIU!
Good get guys!!!!
Great series. Kick ass!
Good series to get. FIU and FAU should ideally be playing either USF or UCF every year unless they can convince Miami or one of the other Florida P5's to do it.

Ditto!
Great series, glad to see it renewed.

Good Luck against the Canes this year.
Well done04-cheers Great for the conference. We’re proud of our home and home with VT.
Smoke 'em! Smoke 'em this year FAU!
Glad to know you are extending the series. I think every C-USA program should be playing a few OOC games against our regional AAC foes where we can.

Tulane grew a pair and will do a H/H with Southern Miss...Memphis on the other hand, they'd rather do H/H's w/ Arkansas State, South Alabama, Georgia State, Troy, UNT...with the amount of history behind the Black and Blue Bowl, it blows my mind that Memphis' administration doesn't want anything to do w/ us. The only explanation I can think of is they are scared (USM lead all time series 40-22-1). That's too bad. It was a good rivalry. Maybe one day it'll come back.
That’s a good series. The F_U twins should be playing the U_F twins as often as possible.

North Texas has had no problems signing AAC West programs to H/H series. Our H/H with Memphis will be in 2022 & 23. We also have an H/H with Houston in 2019 & 20, and Tulane in 2028 & 29. Plus, our annual series with SMU that runs through 2025.

I’d rather UTEP play MWC schools than AAC ones.

Boise State, UNLV, New Mexico and Nevada are on our future schedule. Colorado State was on our schedule a few years back. I wish the best to our former conference mates in the AAC but I won’t lose any sleep if the Miners never play them again. Playing at UNT, UTSA and Rice already cover Texas for us.

Yeah, UTEP has no regional AAC foes. You have kinf of a unique situation out in El Paso. New Mexico and Colorado State make for good regional OOC games. 04-cheers
