Agree I like BSU's schedule. NIU and Miami no good
Miami's sucks. No UC (screwed up since we played at Paul Brown Stadium last year and at UC this season) or OU (game is in Athens in odd numbered years). Next season however will have UC, OU, and Army, that should be really good.
Last year was killer. Miami(!!) @ Toledo, Utah @ NIU, Syracuse @ WMU, Maryland @ BG, Kansas @ CMU. Just too bad 4/5 were on the same day.

Seriously, when Miami was a dynasty in the early 2000s, who imagined they’d visit a MAC stadium? Historic.

This year seems to be paying last year’s invoice. BYU @ Toledo is the only boneyard game.
We in Kalamazoo like the 5 Saturday games for WMU.

I also like Ball St's schedule, although I'm not sure WMU playing Indiana in Indianapolis would be a home game!
BSU and Buffalo are good but I wouldn't trade Akron's.
CMU's home opener is on a Thursday again? Yikes!

Thoughts?
only 1 MAC vs Big 10 matchup? WTH

Why does that surprise you? They'll always play the MAC as long as it's at their place.
Ball St hands down. Second place goes to Toledo for that BYU game.

All the other Big Ten match ups are road games for the Mac Schools

I can't recall the last time it wasn't. It's our typical FCS Thursday-before-Labor-Day game.

I'm used to it. Plus, usually not a bad time to get off work. And I know it helps the team to get some early work in before the tougher games. In terms of attendance...not sure. The interest generated by the coaching change might help this year.

Maybe trying to catch people off before they go up north for Labor Day weekend?

I just feel with all these weeknight games ESPN puts on the Conference in November, each team would try to have as many of the balance as possible on a Saturday.
