How ironic that Xavier pulled a switcheroo with UC.

Xavier escapes declining A10 and now plays in The Big East with UConn in a better basketball league
UC no longer plays in Big East or UConn and is in a weaker league with Tulsa.
Better basketball league...lol

Uconn no mas'd Cincinnati.

2/10 trolling try harder
Why is this clown not banned on our board? Not the first time he's been on here looking for trouble.

Wow... Did you think of that all by yourself?
Maybe Miami could follow Xavier and UConn and quit football. Unless you think they already have. How many years in row... lost track when it reached 10.

Then they would just be left with their ****** basketball program, which is somehow even more depressing.

Regardless of trolling or the source, this post is accurate and depressing.

But let me provide you with a trolling tip: you should have said "in a league with ECU". Tulsa isn't the worst program in the conference historically. In fact, they have better ncaa tourney history than 90% of the MAC schools. They would probably rule the MAC. ECU on the other hand....
You'd think these little ***** would show some gratitude. After all, we've been picking up an additional FCS game for years just so they can have a beat down to look forward to.
I still support once we lead the series to terminate the pop collar game. FUCQ Miami!

Three more years and done!

UC fans are ribbing me all the time both in person and online. C’mon man, college sports wouldn’t be fun without a little smack talk.

Pop your collar and lighten up a bit.

We are actually having this discussion on our board. With Aresco saying he will not backfill UConn and instead scrap divisions I believe the AAC might have to go to a true round robin in football like the Big 12 which would mean UC would have 10 conference games and would put our every year rivalry at risk.

"Rivalry" is a bit of a stretch, but yeah. True.
Is that a NCAA rule for B12? To have a conference Championship without divisions you must do round robin?

UC could have stayed with the catholic schools if they wanted. They decided to look out for their entire athletic department. The current big east and aac are both tweener leagues. They don't make near p5 money but make significantly more than the other leagues.
Stay thirsty my friends...

I'm not sure if its a rule or if that is the only way it works. Bearcatmark can answer, I'm sure.
