Yes he now is one of my employees LOL (I own a share) good place for him he will love playing with Aaron Rodgers.
I'm happy for him getting a chance to play for a real NFL franchise. What I don't understand is this; if he failed the physical at NE, how was he suddenly able to pass the physical at GB? I hope he does well.
I do not think he ever took a physical. My sources tell me he is in excellent physical shape. There must be another reason that New England decided to pass on the deal.

Well since he failed the physical with GB too, there seems to be an issue. As I understand it, failing a physical is usually not about being in shape or not, it's about whether there is an injury that hasn't healed or is at high risk of being re-injured. Like someone else speculated, perhaps his shoulder hasn't healed, or was a more serious injury than first thought.
My goodness. The guy just can't catch a break. Too bad. He has so much potential.
Bummer. The guy has (or had) such great potential. Hopefully he can get healed up and get back on the field eventually.
Pretty common for teams do have different opinions on taking on potential health issues or re-injury with a player coming back from one. He could pass a physical but team does not want to take risk with future recurrence. They all look at it differently, he could be ready and able to play yet teams may resist resigning.
Maybe. I'm wondering maybe he needs to take time to fix whatever those that have already evaluated say needs fixing. Continually being denied for "failing a physical" doesn't make for good headlines and probably not for a good rep. His potential skills are obviously in demand. He's had opportunity to put money in the bank.Take a break. Train. Restart. Best wishes.

Or the problem is chronic and can't be repaired or rehabed, its a big reason why the average NFL career is just 4 years.
