Point guard and shooters are more important than a 2019 rent a big. Cats still have four true front court players and a couple of other guys that fit into the role if needed. I just don’t put a lot of value on the 5 spot today unless you have an elite player. It honestly the last person I want shooting the ball on offense.

Looks like he knows how to attack the basket. Nothing wrong with that. Did not see any deflections in his highlight video though.
I saw a little bit of everything including 3 steals, a blocked shot, and several good looks for easy buckets. And he is a south paw. Let’s be realistic with Brannen getting hired this late into the game, don’t expect him to be pulling in 5 star commits to fill our remaining spots. Those guys are long gone. Let’s just get some solid guys to fill some holes, coach up our core of returning players, and get to work on recruiting the 2020 class.

We currently have 4 available scholarships, maybe 5. May as well use them, and HS talent isn'r in great supply right now.

I don't know specifically, but he's a writer for The Detroit News, and Jaevin Cumberland is transferring from Oakland University near Detroit.

My guess is anyone who Michigan was recruiting is now on hold. Can't hurt our chances.
