I need names so I know who to be watching for. We have TE Keenan Brown but he's supposed to be later rounds.
No Sun Belt fellas drafted yet but here are some prospects for the league:

Jalin Moore
APPALACHIAN STATE
Running Back

Clifton Duck
APPALACHIAN STATE
Corner Back

Ronheen Bingham
ARKANSAS STATE
Edge Rusher

Penny Hart
GEORGIA STATE
Wide Receiver

Marcus Green
LOUISIANA-MONROE
Wide Receiver

Jamarius Way
SOUTH ALABAMA
Wide Receiver

Keenen Brown
TEXAS STATE
Tight End

Blace Brown
TROY
Corner
I'd throw in Troy WR Damion Willis as a potential draft pick. His stock has risen quite a bit since his Pro Day. He's been projected as a possible 6th or 7th Round guy by a couple of people.

I think CB Blace Brown's 40-time will keep him from being drafted. If he is drafted, I'll be shocked.
Wesley Fields has a shot at getting drafted. I
Marcus Green drafted by Atlanta in the 6th round. Love it for Marcus. Hate it because he is playing for Atlanta. As a friend said, I hope he does great and Atlanta loses every game!! LOL[/align]
It's getting down to the nitty-gritty and still no SBC players have been picked. Surely someone from El Chato's list will be drafted. I heard Penny Hart's named mentioned earlier, but haven't heard anything lately.

Kiper had him on his "Best Left in Draft" list about an hour ago (at #6)
If it makes you feel better I dont think a Tennessee Vol has been drafted yet
I just found out that the Falcon's drafted Marcus Green of UL-Monroe in the sixth round.
I noticed when they announced Marcus was drafted they called him a running back, is he switching positions?

There is a video out concerning that. I think they want to use him in space so I am thinking they might be going for something similar to Darren Sproles. I bet they try him a lot at returns.

I was literally the post ahead of you. LOL
Ellis Richardson to Da Bears as a free agent!

GS also had several guys invited to practice with some teams
Keenan Brown signed as an UDFA with the Rams.
So basically only one guy from the SBC was drafted this year? Sheesh...

Marcus was the 22nd wide receiver selected. All the pre-draft speculation didn’t even have him in their top 25...several WR’s listed ahead of him didn’t get their names called.
The SBC and CUSA both stunk in this year's NFL draft.

Draft picks from the G5 conferences:

AAC-11
MWC-10
MAC-9
CUSA-6
SBC-1

The MAC had more picks than our two conferences did combined. This should simply not be acceptable to any of us. There are schools in both of our conferences that need to reevaluate their commitment to football at the FBS level.

Except it is the job of coaches and universities to provide young men the ability to gain an education while playing football, not get them to the NFL. And, every year the draft depends on team needs and schemes. A player may well be great at his position but there might be another 20 that are as good or better. There may be no great demand for that position. If they are good enough, a team will bring them in for a workout.

But, back to my original point. If the schools are ensuring that their players are staying out of trouble and graduating, then they have done their jobs and that should be the overall attitude. Getting drafted or getting a try out is icing on the cake.

That probably should be the "overall attitude", but it very clearly is not.
