Seriously though - this guy's channel is pretty awesome. I'm going to try this recipe in the not too distant future. Never made fried chicken this way. TBH, I can't remember if my wife and I ever deep fried anything for a dinner. We've sauteed, baked, grilled, BBQ'd, stewed and boiled foods - but never deep fry.

sorry dude, but "here's the noodles, here's the sauce" reminded me too much of too many times with too many silly combos over decades....
