So if I want to renew and purchase at section blue how do I know if there will be enough seats in the section when it comes to actually picking my seats?

You won't until selection time. But FWIW they did say you can add tickets when you select.

The chair back seats on the shade side are going to be in short supply. If you want those seats, the best strategy is to increase your donation this year to improve your selection time. And then you can back it down significantly next year, since it won’t matter anymore for seats (just tailgating location). ODAF should consider putting out info re: approximate donation levels for certain seats (like they do for tailgating).
