The CAA team won! Vasa, Brantley, JWF and Cacok each walked away with about 27,000.00 Vasa didn't play all that great. JWF was unbelieveable.

Pusica played really well in the group stage, and in some of the knock out games. ESPN games not his best. Congrats to the CAA. Awesome job

The running video on the 3x3 twitter feed made it seem like Pusica was basically the player coach for the group, calling plays and having the other players respect him in that role. They were saying that this might be a model for the coach-less teams going forward.
I would not underestimate his role in the win.

I can only go by the four games I saw and he didn't make a single outside shot in those games. I didn't see the game where he had nine points but that's about what JWF AVERAGED for the tourney. In a 3x3 format he needs to be hitting his outside shot because one on one defense isn't his thing.
PS....I didn't see any plays called. This was all about one on one moves to the basket or tossing the ball down low to one of the big guys who then muscled his way to the basket.
