Here are the players with at least 750 career points who could return:

Grant Riller: 1,796
Nathan Knight: 1,478
Eli Pemberton: 1,383
Matt Lewis: 1,005
Kurk Lee: 942
Bolden Brace: 830
Ryan Allen: 810
Jordan Roland: 774 (276 for George Washington and 498 for Northeastern)
Alihan Demir: 772

I hope I didn't miss anybody. My source is Sports-Reference College Basketball for players I checked after looking at every team's statistics. I did not include transfers who have not played in the CAA yet, and I don't know if any of them have scored that much. The four northernmost teams have 6 of the 9 players, and it will be 6 of 8 if Knight transfers or goes pro. Points at all Division I schools are included, and Roland is the only one of them who has played for two teams.
Interesting topic. Definitely an emergence of dominance for the northern teams. Especially with self-imposed collapse elsewhere.
Status quo wins out!

Only kidding, but with how things are unfolding currently, the northern teams are definitely in front.
