This. Just sent off 6 payments for my daughters surgery this winter. 6. Befor ocare we would pay $100 copay for hispital stays. The bills come from everywhere.

My wife had surgery a couple of years ago, $1,500 out of pocket. In the good old days of PPO networks, we'd have paid $100. Had I not changed jobs my previous employer insurance would have made us pay $3,000 before copays kicked in.
