They way CNN intentionally smeared the kids from Covington Catholic High School proves that beyond a doubt. Hope the lawsuit goes well for the kids and their families.
That said, Fox is no better.
Unfortunately, any thinking non-partisan (if you are a partisan stooge, for either party, you aren't thinking) it can be difficult to find truthful news. Gotta watch both sides and put the pieces together yourself.

But CNN still ran with the story. And it was wrong. And it was irresponsible. A serious news organization has a responsibility to at least try to get it right.

Or CNN, or whoever is paying him that day...typical unprincipled lawyer.
Bottom-line, had the Dems had the smarts to nominate just about anyone besides Hillary Clinton in 2016, Trump would not be president today. Folks may not have like Trump, but you cannot underestimate the number of people who simply would not vote for Hillary based on her lack of ethics (i.e. highly classified emails from her office found on Anthony "The Sexter" Weiner's computer, WTF?!).
Had Clinton somehow won, it is naive to think there would not have been similar independent counsels and endless investigations.
It is never ending because both parties are run, and supported in the grass roots, by nut jobs who never admit they are wrong, or simply got beat.
