2019 Experimental rules.
1.Deeper 3 pt line to 22 feet. Not much
2. Wider FT lane by 4 feet (NBA)
3. Shot clock resets to 20 not 30 seconds after on offensive rebound.
4. Fouls .... Team fouls reset at 10 min mark of each half. No one and one.
2 bonus FT awarded after the 5th team foul of each 10 min segment or if the 2cd team under 2 minutes remaining in the half occurs before the 5th team foul of the segment.

Number 4 was the most interesting rule to me.

Announcers said they thought NCAA or somebody was considering going back to quarters. Hmm.
#1 seed meant NOTHING to Greensboro. What’s that mule quip?

DL’s bigs had an easy time. UNCG switched to a zone . Got torched Belmont style.
Moving the line back, among other changes:

3-pt. line moving back to the international distance

Shot clock also re-setting to 20 seconds instead of 30 for an offensive rebound, which I like a lot.

Not that I'm against moving it back, but all the record books for three point shooting should now be listed by era, based on where the line was when the record was set. Both for percent makes and total number makes. Records from different distances should be listed separately by school, conference, and NCAA.

It'll mean the Wofford kid will hold the record for career makes from the old distance, at least until somebody breaks it from the longer distance, and maybe he'll hold it for awhile. How they will figure records for kids playing across eras will be tricky. My guess is moving the line back will mean the percentage of makes, career and season, at some schools, will probably stand for a long time. But I think each era should get their own record book status, and there's nothing wrong with that.

You are exactly correct - and I hope they do it that way.
I will be interested to see how many of those "consecutive games with a made three" streaks are snapped.
