Last game, we had more rebounds than points, hmmmm? I guess that is ok as long as we have more points than the other team. But it is not a good sign if many of the rebounds are us rebounding our own missed layups over and over again. One way to cut down on the rebounds is to shoot better than 29%, or as Dukester would say: I am going too deep with this. Anyway, I just want to see good shots, not just the throw-it-up-as-quickly-as-you-can-shots. Maybe a few more of the good shots will go in.
USF is missing their best player, Kitija Laksa, who blew out her knee early in the season, plus two other good players who are injured, but they still find ways to win. It all depends on which team is hurting worse and who rises to the occasion, I guess. Go Dukes!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty entertaining 1st quarter. Good Gals down by 1, 18-17. Very good energy by the Dukes so far. USF is a good opponent. Maddie Green with a couple of key jumpers to lift the team towards the end of the quarter.
