Auburn made 3/4 free throws. 75%.

UVA hit a big three then the fatal ending.

After UVA missed two free throws during the Auburn stretch where they made three threes to get the lead.

Go Texas Tech.

What ****** basketball

More conspiracy theorists on this board than with the Kennedy assassination. And only took him about 2 minutes. Impressive.
He hit him while the ball was still in his hands, it was a foul. A little bitty piece of a second later...Auburn wins.

Virginia plays the most boring brand of basketball ever! Since the shot clock.

Clearly he was fouled. What are you talking about? That's on Auburn.

No double dribble on Virginia,

Game would be over

Could be on the double dribble. Still, all Auburn has to do is stay away from the shooter and they win.

A TT/Virginia final would put people to sleep by the first commercial break.

Maybe, but I think hitting the shooter in the leg affected it.

Virginia plays ugly but they really do okay great defense and great discipline.

So much so that when down four with 15 seconds left they were still moving slow, making a shot with 7 seconds left.

Will be an interesting final regardless.

Really want to watch Pearls postgame presser.
Auburn Cooged it...
They did miss the double dribble and the foul before the double dribble.

Like the double dribble?
Biggest free throws since Rumeal Robinson in the Michigan Seton Hall final in 1989.

Believe there were three seconds or so in that game but Michigan went from one down to one up.

Whether he has the ball in his hands or not does not matter. The player has the right to come down without being folded. It was clearly a foul.

while I agree, the refs could have also called an intentional foul right after that because Auburn just grabbed his jersey and made no play on the ball whatsoever, at least imo.

Agree...when he kicked the ball the Auburn kid grabbed the front of his jersey before he gathered the ball. Those calls get missed but they do seem to even out.

Had they not called a foul non the three UVA would be upset but guarantee you Bennett would not have made a big deal about it.
I mean it’s technically a foul but isn’t called 95% of the time and probably wouldn’t be called the other way around. Boneheaded decision by Auburn to even be in that situation.

That is really immaterial. The non-call on the double-dribble was the difference. Should’ve been Auburn’s ball and GAME OVER. SUCH BS!
Checked CBS College Sports thinking they may be covering Pearl.

Bull riding.

I assume Wyoming dominates.

Disagree.

That style of contact is usually called.

Well I'm just saying they missed calls both ways. You're right, the double dribble came first, so the intentional wouldn't have been called. But that was an intentional foul.
