Terry Tarpey, of course.

There are lots of great candidates for the starting five (mine is Marcus, Nathan, Cohn, Hess, and Tarpey), but if you want to go to a 13 man roster, I want my last guy in the designated walk-on slot to be Doug Howard. I've never had so much fun watching a player on the bench.
Just imagine if Shaver could have had 4 or 5 of these names overlap on one team.

Doug is VP of a basketball traning company that works with my son.

This would be a fun discussion on its own.

Candidates:

Doug Howard
Paul Rowley
Steve Sorenson

Kyle Galliard (likely doesn't make the cut, but I think maybe worthy of that longer list?)

I did remember Kyle in the original list (3rd from bottom). I can't remember the guy we had before him that was a similar tall, lanky 4. Might've even worn 23.

First Team......Thornton, Prewitt, Cohn, Hess, Dixon

Second Team...Kisilius, Sumner, Rusthoven, Tarpey, Pierce

Kyle Carbaugh?

And totally looked over Gailliard in your list.

Edit: I was mixing up two names. Kyle Carrabine (not Cody Carbaugh)?
Here's everyone in the Shaver Era ranked by Win Shares. As I've mentioned before, Win Shares is blunt and imperfect, but the top 10 has the right 10 names but not necessarily in the right order. Win Shares goes back to 1996, but the only two players from 1996-03 that would crack the top 10 are Moran and Bracey.

Prewitt, Tarpey, Thornton, Rusthoven and Dixon were all on the court in 2014 against Delaware.

I'll take 1-5 on that list and call it a day. Give me 6-10 for depth.

Chris Darnell was who I was thinking of. Credit to Rocco's WS post so I could find him.

If we are ranking players just by their peaks, then Cohn/Thornton/Prewitt/Tarpey/Knight is my starting five. I think those are the five best, they would have an incredibly complementary set of skills, and they were tantalizingly close to one another year-wise, although I wouldn't object to the inclusion of Dixon, McDowell, or Pierce with a senior leap (that sadly will probably happen somewhere else).
Another solid guard was David Schneider's running mate Nathan Mann. Started all 4 years he was here I believe.

No shot has ever hit more of the rim and gone in. :)
