If they lose to Buffalo but make it a game down to the end, then I think they should go to the NIT over us. They beat UB in the regular season & made it to the championship game. We lost in the quarterfinals to a team that we should have still been able to squeak out a win against even without Willie. I know which team I would reward if I were the MAC.

Just think...back when all of this began and for the first few games BG was probably thinking they were going to replace their 2 "revenue" head coaches in the same year. Tough to take a BG NIT appearance over us!

At this point, I don’t think that win is really good for anything but continual bragging rights.

But man do I hope Buffalo smokes the Falcons tonight. If BG wins & goes to the Big Dance while our drought continues...those BG fans will be insufferable.

Self gratification because of the hatred for BGSU. I would rather see UB lose and the MAC gets two in which they deserve. Blame the Rickets for letting down their faithful.

A better scenario would have been CMU to beat Buffalo yesterday and have the Chips beat bgsu today...
Two MAC teams in - CMU and UB

Watching Buffalo a few times. They do pass the eye test. They do look like an ncaa tourney team. We look like a really good HS team. I root for the MAC, so I hope they go far.

This. Buffalo toys with teams then puts them away. Perkins could have really hurt them with the foolish T but they just put it behind them and spanked Falcon butt.

I’d reward the team that finished second and won 3 of four against the two conference teams that beat the eventual league champion.
