Shrita Parker & GiGi Smith - Second Team
Lacey Suggs - Third Team
Unfortunately, Barefoot lost to Diane Richardson (Towson) for CotY. Very saddening, but it was a good year for the lady Tigers, going from 9-21 to 17-12, so I can see how Richardson was given the award, even though Barefoot had an unbelievable year, especially almost going undefeated at home.
