Ok guys ... Here's the deal. I'm planning on coming to town for the Aac tournament next week ... RVing out at the AgCenter. I'm not comfortable trying to find parking near the FEF even though it's asmall 24 ft motorhome ... So I have 2 choices.
UBER in and back ... Hang out around Beale some ... OR ...
Rent a compac from Enterprise ... Pay to park,etc.
Pros and cons for both ... Any ideas or comments !!

We always take Uber its about $25 each way for us and we are a little farther out.

That's a really cool area to stay in. Butcher Shop, One and Only BBQ, Deli Mexicana, and Portales Restaurant are all right there along with a new Krystal's for a quick bite. Easy 5 min ride to Walmart for anything you may need while there. I would Uber it if you plan on drinking (and you SHOULD lol)
Regular season parking near the Forum is $10. I would guess that for the tourney, this will jump to $15 or $20. By the time you rent a car, buy gas, and pay to park, Uber looks like a bargain.

I'd check out Lyft too. Been seeing a lot of those around the downtown area lately.
Or you could hop on a bird scooter and ride it back to the Ag after a few shots!
Tons of Lyft & Uber options - I would definitely do that - it's a straight shot downtown on Walnut Grove/Union, but if you're not familiar with the area you might not know the quicker shortcuts in traffic.

Now that might be fun ... Union Avenue ... On a scooter ... How fast do those things go ?? Do they have any you can sit down on ??
Uber/lyft it. It'll probably cost more Saturday and Sunday but parking downtown will be crazy. St. Patricks day Sunday and the Parade is Saturday.
