The Reds are getting Jameson Hannah, a CF in A-ball who was the A's 2nd round pick in 2018.

Hopefully, Roark pitches well as a rental. Hannah would have been "blocked" in the A's system by Laureano and maybe by other OFs still in the minors, but the consensus on him is high enough that maybe the A's could have gotten a better return for him.

And the Nats do tie it up but can't win it in the 9th. Still ugly for the Braves.

They've been pretty consistent in refusing to part with Lux. I've heard May is just about untouchable but so much as Lux. Feels like a game of deadline chicken.

Yeesh. wRC+ of 56. But 74 against RHP! So only mostly crap. More depth moves because of the Taylor and Hernandez injuries.

you wonder if the money they got for Gale and also the earlier one might be to help save not going over the threshold.... I still think that's a very real cosideration.
