Success doesn’t equal value. Texas Tech overall is likely more valuable but value is in the eye of the beholder. TCU is likely more valuable to the ACC than Texas Tech but that doesn’t undermine Tech’s value. Fighting the wrong battle.
TCU and Texas Tech have value. But both need external help (e.g. Texas, the Legislature) to land in a power league if the Big XII explodes. The Big Ten won’t be that conference. The SEC has A&M. It better be the Pac-12 otherwise it doesn’t look good for either one.

We beat them in football and swept them in basketball. $60k in student loans a year to get a degree that costs less at a Texas P5 public

There is some Arkansas thrown in as well. Tech’s strongest presence outside of West Texas is in Dallas but it is not a controlling presence. Lmao.

Yes a small private school like Baylor has a large fan base in DFW
? Tech fans outnumbered Baylor fans in their arena as well earlier this season and we usually have more fans at Jerryworld for the Baylor-Tech game.
I'm glad that series is moving back to Home/Home. We need to play a high profile OOC opponent in DFW
