Birmingham Legion releases TV schedule for pro soccer’s debut season

"All 17 home games will be televised by My68"

I'm excited about the Legion but WTF?? If the start up minor league soccer franchise can get their entire home schedule televised locally, UAB football and basketball should be able to manage it as well.
68 has a contract with the AAC or ACC to show their basketball games.

No idea why, but they are showing those leagues instead.

Game day today! Thank goodness it will be on my68. Good luck Legion!02-13-banana

My68 is playing some soccer movie before it comes on.
Just left the game. It was (or will be) an L but it was such a great atmosphere. Sold out, standing room only, stadium looks amazing. Probably the most exciting thing to happen to the Bham sports scene since the Barons relocated back to the city.
Who won??? I saw the listing too late to watch.
We lost.

I love Chandler (Go Eagles) but he's getting on up there. We may need a little more quickness on the edges and out front.

Great first outing I thought. The stadium and the crowd were top notch.

The center back for Bethlehem who practically covered Chandler the whole game was a 6'5" 250lbs monster(or so it looked) Hard to do anything when that much size is draped all over your back the whole time. Chandler will find his goals soon.
Was a great crowd, wonderful atmosphere and a good time. The team obviously has some growing pains to go through this first year, but it's still going to be a fun season.
