If they are going to do team foul reset, lets just divide the game up into quarters already.

All of these seem like good suggestions except for the resetting of fouls at the 10 minute mark. The whole paragraph on team fouls seems a bit absurd. Plus I actually like the drama of one-and-one free throws.
I've really gotten to like the flow of the women's game since they went to quarters. Thing is, it flows better partly because there's one less mandated stoppage each half... and as long as the men's game gets ratings to compete well in the cable TV realm (something worth questioning about now), that's not an ad block TV will give up willingly.

Those rules are all very NBA like. Can you imagine being a coach in the NIT and trying to remember all the fouls stuff?

They should do like the NFL, when a timeout is called by a player, go to a smaller screen of the game and have a silent ad come on.
These suck, they are trying to turn college hops into the NBA jr. The NBA is the most boring game out there. 2 suggestions, move team fouls from 10 to 15, more one and ones.
Also, get rid of the stupid held ball rule, make it a turnover.
