Is breakdancing still a thing?

I'll answer my own question; it must be, though I don't hear about it like I used to. It's being considered for the Paris Olympics in 2024, according to this story (link is below). It seems to be a serious story; it's from ESPN, not The Onion.

Name your favorite choice for an addition to the Olympics. A Rubik's Cube event is the only thing that comes to mind right now. [just to be clear, this was intended as sarcasm).
