Still working his way up the food chain...

Expect him to apply here when CC leaves looks like he took a pay cut to take this job at Morgan St.

Let's see how he does at Morgan St........not expecting much. Has he really had success anywhere to date? Career shows him basically jumping around different RB jobs every 2 years for the last 12 years.

Let's see how he does at Morgan St. Hasn't had much success anywhere to date. Basically jumping around different jobs on the strength of his name from back in his college glory days.

Agree. This is his first job moving up, rather than laterally.

Morgan State is not an easy job. Lack of resources. If he does well there he'll earn a shot at a bigger job.

As we know, some jobs are inheriting a strong program. This is not Morgan State.
He can recruit. I wonder if Josh Jackson ends up here. When he left Michigan they struggled in 2017 and the Jaguars were a few plays away from the super bowl his first year on that staff.

Not money wise I assume that an NFL assistant gets paid much more than the head coach of Morgan State.

He is one of these coaches that just bounces around on the strength of his name and connections, not the strength of his coaching. Morgan State hired him for his name, which they hope will lead to better recruiting. That theory makes sense, but not much to see in his history that says he'll be all that successful.

In his last stint he was fired because his RB room was the most dysfunctional in the NFL...............
