Punter Luke Elzinga (6-4, 195) of Grand Rapids (Mich.) Christian High School verbally committed to Central Michigan this afternoon.

A 2019 recruit rated among the top punters in the nation, Elzinga chose the Chippewas over a scholarship offer from SMU.
