The Flashes are in Kalamazoo on Tuesday night to take on the Western Michigan Broncos. Western Michigan is 6-14 on the season and winless (0-7) in the Mid American Con-fer-ence.

The MAC race is tight. Here are the head to head conference records of the teams playing Tuesday night. Obviously, KSU is 4-3

2-5 @ 6-1
3-4 @ 4-3
4-3 @ 3-4
3-4 @ 3-4

It looks like Bowling Green and Akron are idle this week???

This begins the mid-week off days. Every team will have a week where they only play on Saturday.
Just saw on Twitter the game was postponed until Thursday @ 6 PM due to weather in K-zoo.

I thought Thursday was supposed to be the the most brutal weather day of the week?

Yeah, football players would play the game in that. Basketball players can't travel in busses when it's too cold. And they might not be able to get the temperature in the gym up to 70 degrees.
There’s no way this game is getting played tomorrow. I just got pics from a friend of mine in the Kalamazoo area and it looks like Siberia. It’s cold, they are battling lake effect snow squalls, parts of I-94 are still shut down and there is no way they are going to open up an otherwise-closed campus for a basketball game.
Looks like the game has been postponed to Thursday, February 14 at 5pm.

Kent will travel to Western for that game, back home to play EMU on Saturday the 16th, and then travel to CMU for a game Tuesday the 19th.
That will be quite the stretch, also 6 of last 9 on road, we cant afford to lose any more home games.
