I've called him out for some poor play earlier in the year... today the young fella brought it.
Yep, he is playing good basketball today.
Figuring it out!
He’s finding that life exists inside the 3 point line. Looking good with that mid range shot
Rock on, A-Lo!! Great game today.
He is learning that his best opportunities are to drive into the lane, draw defenders, and pass to someone for an easy score.
Good job by ALo. Hope we can start playing like this on the road like we do in the Forum.
Great game today.

What is important is to call out freshmen early in their first year for less than stellar play. Glad he was able to please a fan.

+3 Yes he did!!! And you guys need to let up on the freshmen. Not just this year but every year. It’s a big adjustment from high school to college ball.
Lomax played with poise today. Good for him!
What I liked with Lomax is that he pulled up to hit the shot in the 2nd half. In the 1st half he got the charge in the same situation. Tyler could score more if he developed that 1 dribble 2 dribble pull up. Lomax played with control today.
Lomax is showing why Penny has such faith in him. By the end of his senior year he may be a Tiger legend. Sure hope so. He is a strong willed, confident, and positive young man.

Folks forget Andre Turner or Turnover struggled his Freshman season but improved each yr. I expect Lomax to do the same and become a Tiger legend by the time he graduates.

That's always been his game. All three freshmen guards are good passers.

Fans were probably a little more patient back then. Immediate results are often expected nowadays. Next year is a bonus because he has played with Wiseman and Dandridge.
Lomax had a solid game today.

I WOULDNT PUT AJ IN THAT CATEGORY JUST YET , HE THINKS EVERY PASS SHOULD BE A NO-LOOK PASS WHICH HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS . HE MAY HAVE THE BEST POTENTIAL FOR PASSING , BUT WHEN PASSING YOU HAVE TO BE IN SYNC WITH THE RECEIVER WHICH I DONT THINK HE IS AT THIS POINT YET .
Lomax was fantastic and showed us a glimpse of the future. He is figuring the college game out. There is always a large learning curve for undersized guards but he is clearly working hard and it is paying off. Also, last night was by far his best defensive game. I thought he was absolutely fantastic defensively.
