The Bobcats should not be a problem if UT doesn't have a let down defensing this team. Their top 2 players are soph guards, Kirk and Carter both 6-4. They are the leading scorers on the team both ave. over 15 points a game. This is a young team, only 6 players have started every game. bench is weak. Lost big time at home to Kent. UT by 15 or more.
What I have noticed about M. Jackson and others. I like his speed and drive towards the basket, but he has to finish , too many missed layups. I thought early in the season, he sometimes was playing out of control, but lately he has tempered that. Spencer Littleson, is he really 6-4 ? looks smaller on TV. I like his hustle and in your face attitude, will continue to excel after Sanford graduates. Edu, needs a lot of work on the offensive end, but I believe he will get there. Alderson is now lost in the shuffle and he may not be a D1 talent. W. Jackson needs to get in the gym and shoot a lot of jump shoots to improve that part of the game. I don't know about the future of Logan Hill. Might still has a future coming off the bench to give some valuable minutes next season.
Carter is a 6’8” power forward. He was MAC FOTY two years ago. Had a medical RS last year.
My bag on Carter's size.
