Quote:Self-described investigative journalist Laura Loomer brought a handful of illegal immigrants to the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Monday.

Pelosi — who has been unwavering in her opposition to funding a wall along the southern border, which she's classified as an "immorality" — reportedly had Loomer and the illegals removed from her property.

Loomer, accompanied by illegal immigrants from Guatemala and Mexico, lugged a tent onto Pelosi’s multimillion-dollar vineyard estate, freelance journalist Nick Monroe reported Monday. In large red letters, the word "immorality" was written across the tent; there were also photos of murder victims of illegal immigrants hanging from the front of the tent.

Quote:The controversial journalist even went to check if the Pelosis had locked their front door, since, according to a sarcastic Loomer, "only bigots lock their doors."

"Come on, you can't say everyone is welcome here and then lock your door," said Loomer, upon finding the doors locked. "You're killing us, Nancy! You're killing us!"

Quote:Police officers were soon called to the property and asked for identification from the illegals and Loomer and company.

"I was told IDs were racist," Loomer repeatedly tells the officers. "I'm so confused."

Asking for ID is white supremacy.

She said, "What is trespassing? I reject those facts." -- AOC logic, her feelings don't care about your facts.

Or was it that walls actually aren't effective?

It's all so confusing.

5 foot walls obviously aren't. Perhaps nancy should look into the 30 foot steel slats that have proven to be effective.
Laura Loomer just joined the ranks as a hero.

She illegally hopped a fence of the Speaker of the House's personal residence, and you guys don't think she did anything wrong?

The hypocrisy here is unbelievable.

A typical tweet of the event (which was live-streamed I believe).

"Right-wing activist Laura Loomer, last seen chaining herself to Twitter HQ, has jumped the fence at Nancy Pelosi's Napa home and set up a tent protesting immigration."

Absolutely not, californian politicians are for open borders. Queen Loomer just took that stance to it's logical conclusion. If illegals are free to come in and receive benefits, why can't Loomer (an actual American citizen) loiter (which doesn't actually cost taxpayers anything) on pelosi's personal residence?

Why does your party prioritize illegals over American citizens? Where does their loyality lie? Are they kompromat?

No borders, no wall, no USA at all.

Criminal Trespassing

California law recognizes and respects the sanctity of a person’s private property. As a result, it is a crime to enter or remain on another’s property without permission. In these instances, a defendant can be charged with trespassing under California Penal Code Section 602 PC. While there are over thirty forms of trespassing under California law, all adhere to the same basic elements.

The majority of trespassing cases are misdemeanor level offenses. If convicted, the defendant could be sentenced to up to six months in jail, a fine of up to $1000, and summary probation to the court with whatever conditions of probation the judge may deem appropriate. Trespassing under California Penal Code Section 602.8 PC is an infraction that is punishable by a fine. This offense occurs when a defendant willfully enters the land of another without permission and the land is enclosed by a fence or has “no trespassing” signs posted. The fine for a first time violation is $75 and $250 for a subsequent violation when the same property is involved.

Curious if you posted the penal code when the alt-left tried to break into Tucker Carlsons home?

You are right, it's a crime under California law. No prosecutor would want me on a jury to try it, because it's one time I'd opt for jury nullification and vote not guilty.

Of course not because I would never be crazy enough to say that person was justified in doing that. Just because you don't agree with someone's politics or on-air rants doesn't mean you should break the law in trying to bring up an alternate viewpoint.

Your side made the rules, don't get mad at our side for playing by them.

If you had bothered to denounce the actions of your side the past three years even once I might take your stance here seriously but since you didn't it just seems like partisan braying to us.

Quote:Of course nothing is impenetrable or foolproof, but the fencing in Yuma, Arizona, is a great example of what works. Since its construction in 2005, it has yielded better than a 90 percent drop in illegal traffic. Similar numbers have been registered at other physical barriers in San Diego, El Paso, Texas, and Tucson, Arizona, since their construction.
