I'm not sure what Mensa is talking about. Moderators are allowed to have opinions. Unless there are some disparate bans or other forum discipline going on, this seems to me to be a pretty open board for discussion. (Speaking from personal experience, having your own idiocy pointed out is not bias, Mensa.)
On the other side of the coin, I will observe that the charge of "TDS" has become the Trumpist version of baseless charges of bigotry by those on the left (racism, sexism, etc.) It is a lazy way of dismissing views that you disagree with but cannot come up with an supportable counterargument.
