Pretty cool. Such a diverse incoming congressional class.
Also way cool to be around a book that old.

Hey man I am all for Sharia Law, it is so anti women and anti feminist. It is a paradise for men. My Nephew just married a muslim women in Bangladesh. Her family paid for everything including his airfare from the USA. They got so many gifts they have to package everything up in freight containers and ship it back.
Does it really matter what book/item they use to swear themselves in? I mean, we all know they are all just going to lie all the time afterwards anyway.

You should study your history a little more before making statements like that. You guys go after Trump like rabid dogs for getting his history mixed up and turn around and post this.....

Explanation; Jefferson printed many copies of the koran (it is said the koran was the most printed book in America during his presidency) in hopes that Americans would read it to understand what we were fighting.
As far as this muslim swearing on the koran, it is incumbent on all Americans to understand the difference between the two. The Bible’s 10 commandments from God include not bearing false witness. The koran on the other hand teaches to lie to and deceive the infidel. If you are not aware, we are the infidel. So her swearing anything on the koran is a deliberate poke in the eye to all of us who love America. To use Jefferson’s copy is absolutely heretical.

Solid troll. Lol.

Halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli.

In a letter to John Jay, Thomas Jefferson wrote-

“The Ambassador (Ambassador Abdrahaman) answered us that it was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman [Muslim] who should be slain in battle was sure to go to Paradise.”

Bwahahaha.

But yeah, diversity and stuff

And now from your link, the ironic gut punch:

It’s important to me because a lot of Americans have this kind of feeling that Islam is somehow foreign to American history,” Tlaib told The Detroit Free Press. “Muslims were there at the beginning. … Some of our founding fathers knew more about Islam than some members of Congress now.”

Stephen Decatur

Tradition has it that Britain’s renowned admiral Horatio Nelson described the recapture and burning of the Philadelphia as “the most bold and daring act of its age.” This audacious and successful operation led to Decatur’s promotion to Captain at age 25, the youngest person to attain that rank in the history of the U.S. Navy.

Lol. I love this stuff. Dumb democrats
Lets do this! Sharia Law is marriage paradise for Men. I am all in.

I’m with JR on this. Our educational system has let us down. I do not believe JD was trolling but rather just ignorant of history. With this being the state of our existence today, I believe we may not exist much longer.

Everyone should read this book

Its less than 1000 miles from Decatur, IL to Matamoras, PA.

Lol. Time to rename some cities.

Imagine if people could see what they dont see.
I got a copy of the Koran to better understand the lying p'sos.

Probably should get a copy of The Art of the Deal also. 03-wink
The congresswoman that welchie thinks is "pretty cool" is a virulent anti-Semite, and has ties to a convicted islamic terrorist.

Is there any level he won’t stoop to, just to virtue signal?

Quote:Tlaib has embraced a one-state solution and denying the Jews their right to a sovereign nation. "Separate but equal does not work," she said in an interview, citing her Palestinian heritage as her rationale.

The company Tlaib keeps gives the lie to her intentions. In 2014, she headlined a BDS rally with a fellow speaker, Dawud Walid, a flagrant anti-Semite who has blamed the "wrath of Allah" on "the Jews." Tlaib is also a friend of Linda Sarsour and an admirer of Rasmea Odeh, an anti-Semitic terrorist.

DETROIT — A former naturalized U.S. citizen, who was convicted in Israel for participating in a terrorist bombing, was ordered deported Thursday, following an extensive investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

Rasmieh Yousef Odeh, 70, lost her United States citizenship, and will be deported from the United States for having obtained her United States citizenship unlawfully, Daniel L. Lemisch, acting United States Attorney announced. Joining Lemisch in the announcement was Steve Francis, HSI Detroit special agent in charge.
