Antwann Jones Jr. needs to remain a starter. An absolutely amazing performance in a starter role ... and his passes are amazing compared to some of our other players.

Again, keep Antwann Jones Jr. starting!!!
He is a future pro if he keeps listening to the staff and developing. At his size he is a fantastic passer. His head is always up and he is constantly anticipating what will happen instead if reacting to what just happened.
Jones and Brewton were money tonight. Brewton becoming my favorite player on this team.
Dude can straight up ball

Brewton is a shot maker

Understands his abilities and going to take advantage of mismatches.

And with Jones on the floor he can start the offense and you can let Martin out Harris bring the ball up
At one point before being injured wasn't he the #2 recruit in the country?
I just worry about Brewton’s silly ill timed turnovers, but love his effort when going in the lane. My biggest wonder with him is wtf is up with tucking 1 leg of you shorts up your leg. 4 games straight. Starting to freak me out. Please tell me you guys noticed this. Ha
Brewton reminds me of Tony Allen in the sense he can make an outstanding play and your sitting there in awe and he’ll immediately make a terrible play that leave you shaking your head.

I did and it’s silly looking. Posted about it 1st game he did it. And with the D he plays, don’t mention him in the same sentence with TA.

It was in reference to making a good play followed by a bad one. Not his defense.
might be time to settle in on the starting lineup:

Martin
Jones
Harris
Davenport
Parks
Davenport needs to continue coming off the bench. He plays starter minutes but seems to do better off the bench.

Probably the best overall lineup......Maurice and Parks pretty equal. Brewton and Thornton good relief players.

Who should come in first Brewton or Lomax
I’m confident that no matter who all is in the 2019 class, Jones will start next season. He’s too good.

I love how he passes the ball. Puts a lot of zip on it, and it’s right on the money. He’s a true playmaker.

You I’m not sure about starting if Penny gets who he wants. Jones looks a little stiff and uptight on the court. Dribbles very high. We will see. He played well tonight by being unselfish.

I disagree. Except for the obvious part that he played well.

Yes and the #1 SG in his class.
Jones provided a spark to the starting lineup. More energy and better pace. Team is still coming together, but Jones looks better starting than off the bench.
I loved Jones in our starting lineup. I'm no coach, but I thought he manned up and served his role.
