How many scholarships does that open up for the 2019 class?

At least 6, plus others that left before the season like Daniel Jackson, Dez Lance, Nick Matich, Zenden Dellinger, Elliot Jordan, Matt Falcon, Dontre Boyd.
Awesome, Hopefully we can bring a full 25 class!!
I wonder if this results in a Fleck season two-type locker room turnaround for Lester in year three?
Anybody know what happened to Ginwright and Foster?
Could be due to fall semester grades or a class situation. The Jacksons (#12 and #24) are no longer listed as well. They were listed on the roster all season but never saw the field. Sure would be nice to have a beat writer.
Oops! Missed that they were listed in the original post!

Hmmm...nope. Weird. Both guys had a chance to see the field quite a bit next year. Lots of playing time to be had in the secondary again next year it seems.
As for Ginwright at safety, I think they like Harrison Taylor in that spot. He’s the kid that had the pick to seal the NIU game. He looks like he could be fairly physical and he’s pretty young. Former walk on WR I think. Foster seemed like a good back up and had some big plays. Sad to see them go.
If Roy McCree is on scholarship( I have never been able to confirm if he was a walk on or not) we will have 19 scholarships for next year by my count.

He's not as far as I know.

Sad to see the Jackson Bros. leave, such a waste of talent.

For Foster and Ginwright, they might be graduating in the spring and don't want to have to do grad school for backup roles. But, if that were the case, you'd think they'd go to the bowl and then they'd be removed from the roster.
Or, perhaps they had to leave now for those spots to be freed-up for early signing day?
Looks like the Jackson's are history.

Broersma to Grand Valley to play with his brother. Broncos are loaded at WR
Always wondered if Broersma could play safety. Good athlete with good size. Not sure about his speed though.
